Meet Stephanie
MS, DMA, CNS, LDN, NBC-HWC
Stephanie Thompson is a functional nutrition specialist, trauma-informed health coach, and classical musician with a 30+ year orchestral career. She is the owner of Well, Well, Well Functional Nutrition, where she works primarily with women navigating changes in energy, digestion, and hormone health.
Her own experience with complex health challenges led her to pursue advanced training in nutritional science, completing her second master’s degree, supervised internship, and board certification in 2020. She also has the pleasure of mentoring early-career nutritionists as a member of the team at The Clinician’s Incubator.
I created The Rhythm Reset after seeing the same pattern again and again—women doing all the “right” things, but still feeling off in their bodies.
Low energy. Disrupted sleep. Digestive issues. Hormonal shifts that didn’t respond to trying harder.
I’ve been there, too.
What I’ve come to understand—both personally and through my work—is that the body isn’t meant to be disciplined into balance. It needs the right conditions to regulate.
A big part of that is rhythm – that underlying “heartbeat” that allows everything else to work in sync.
My work focuses on helping women restore those foundational rhythms in a way that’s grounded, sustainable, and actually supportive of real life—especially during times of transition.
This is a totally different way of working with your body.
